Order preparation
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
Estimated delivery times
Times are counted in business days from dispatch, not from purchase:
- European Union and United Kingdom: 10 to 20 business days.
- United States and Canada: 8 to 18 business days.
- Peru: 3 to 8 business days.
- All other destinations: 15 to 30 business days.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Periods of high demand, carrier incidents and customs controls may extend them. The timeframe that applies to your address is shown before you complete checkout.
Import taxes and duties
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, VAT and handling fees applied by the destination country, which are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost. Where applicable, these amounts are paid by the recipient on delivery, unless stated otherwise during the purchase process.
A package that is refused or left unclaimed because these amounts were not paid does not entitle the buyer to a refund of the shipping cost.
Tracking
All orders ship with tracking. Please note that the information can take 3 to 7 days to update after dispatch, and that some carriers stop updating during international transit. Tracking that does not move for a few days does not mean the package is lost.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your address before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: we can correct it as long as the order has not shipped. Once dispatched, the destination cannot be changed, and reshipments caused by an incorrect address are at the buyer's expense.
Orders that do not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping (Europe, United Kingdom, United States and Canada) or 60 days (all other destinations), write to us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
