At LUNEVA we want you to receive your product in good condition and to be able to use it in line with the instructions provided.
1. What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers quality or functional problems that appear within the applicable period, as well as cases where you receive a product that is:
- Damaged in transit.
- Different from the product ordered.
- Missing a component.
- Affected by a defect that prevents it from working normally.
2. How long does the warranty last?
European Union and United Kingdom: your purchase is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. During the first 12 months, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
Peru and all other destinations: the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence apply. In addition, we offer a 30-day commercial warranty from receipt of the order for quality or functional problems.
3. How do I make a warranty claim?
Write to us at ketechebeautycare@gmail.com and include:
- Order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photographs of the product.
- A video showing the problem, where needed.
This information lets us assess the case properly and resolve it faster.
4. What solution can I receive?
In the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the right to repair or replacement of the product and, where that is impossible or disproportionate, to a price reduction or to cancel the contract with a refund.
In all other destinations, depending on the nature of the problem, the solution may be replacement of the product or a refund.
5. What does the warranty not cover?
- Incorrect use of the device or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Deliberate damage, drops or contact with water.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Normal wear and tear from use.
These exclusions do not affect the rights granted to you as a consumer by applicable law.
6. Important
Do not send the product to any address without first receiving instructions from LUNEVA.
