Throughout this document, “we” refers to LUNEVA and “you” to the customer using the store.
2. Acceptance
By browsing this store or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them at any time; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the moment you make it.
3. The product
We sell an intense pulsed light (IPL) hair removal device for home use. IPL technology is not equivalent to a professional laser treatment and is not presented as a medical device or a medical treatment. Results vary from person to person and depend on skin tone, hair color and consistency of use.
Before using the device you should read the manufacturer's manual included in the box and follow its instructions and precautions. If you have a skin condition, take medication that increases sensitivity to light, or have any doubt about whether the product is right for you, consult a healthcare professional before using it. 4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated in the store and include any taxes applicable to your destination, unless stated otherwise. Import taxes and duties are not included and are governed by our Shipping Policy.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the moment of your purchase. If we detect an obvious error in a price or in a product description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. LUNEVA does not directly store your full card details.
5. Formation of the contract
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order due to lack of stock, shipping restrictions to the destination, a pricing error or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent use; in that case we will refund you in full.
6. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless we agree otherwise, we will deliver the product within a maximum of 30 days from the formation of the contract. If we do not, you may set us a reasonable additional period and, if that is also missed, cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
7. Withdrawal and warranty
If you buy from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, and a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. The full procedure and the model withdrawal form are in our Returns and Refunds Policy, and the warranty conditions in our Warranty Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Use of the site
You agree not to use the store for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to access non-public parts of the site, and not to reproduce its content — text, images, brand and design, owned by LUNEVA — without our written permission.
9. Promotions and discounts
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the conditions stated in each offer, which may include restrictions on duration, availability, participating products or number of uses. Those conditions are disclosed before you complete the purchase.
10. Liability
We are liable for damages arising from a breach of our obligations in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not permit it, including willful misconduct, gross negligence and damage to life, bodily integrity or health.
We are not liable for damage arising from use of the device contrary to the manufacturer's manual or to the published precautions.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to us first at ketechebeautycare@gmail.com: most cases are resolved directly and at no cost.
If you live in the European Union and we do not reach an agreement, you can contact the European Consumer Centre in your country, which offers free assistance in disputes with traders based in another country. In any case you keep the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
If you live in Peru, you can file your complaint in our Complaints Book or with Indecopi.
12. Changes to these terms
LUNEVA may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary. The version in force is published on this page with its update date. Changes do not affect the rights consumers have under applicable law, nor orders already confirmed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Peruvian law. This choice does not deprive you of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of your country of habitual residence: if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the consumer protection provisions of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement will continue to apply.
